Residents are invited to join Councilman Bill Gates for a free coffee chat from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Thursday Feb.11, at Eye Opener Family Restaurant, 524 W. Hatcher Road.

This month’s special guests will discuss the city’s Census 2010 efforts and the Chrysalis shelter for women. Coffee will be provided and breakfast will be available for purchase.
